Sophie feels privileged to watch people’s lives change through the travels they take. She’s had clients fall in love on holiday, booked their honeymoons and sometimes even their weddings.
“There aren’t many jobs where you get to do something as amazing as help people realise their dreams, and I never take that for granted”, she says.
She once booked a first overseas trip for a couple celebrating their joint 60th birthdays. “I made sure that their whole trip was a seamless experience and tailored it to their individual tastes, from sporting venue visits in London to a bespoke tour of the champagne region in France. I also made sure every hotel knew of how much of a special occasion this was for them, and that they were well taken care at every property”.
Sophie specialises in arranging airfares, the more complex the better. “I love finding amazing deals for my clients and thinking of options that are completely outside the box but work perfectly!” So, if you are trying to figure out the best way to get from A to B, C and D, be sure to give her a call.
When planning your holiday, Sophie recommends not limiting yourself with too rigid a budget, as you never know what amazing hotel or experience you might just be missing out on. “You can always make adjustments afterwards if needed”.

What are your favourite destinations to visit and why?
When it comes to cities, I think Istanbul is a must. A true mix of East meets West, visible in its architecture, food, and traditions. Istanbul is an incredible city that blends history, culture, and modern energy like no other place in the world. When it comes to beaches, nothing even comes close to the Maldives. It’s the ultimate destination for relaxation, romance, and adventure.
What is the most amazing experience you have created for a client?
I was recently given the opportunity to help a family go on the trip of a lifetime, following some health issues. They trusted me to recommend the perfect destination and to plan the whole itinerary for them. I crafted a tailor-made trip to Sri Lanka, touching on all their interests, including hiking, conservation, history, health, and wildlife. They loved every aspect of their holiday!

I love travel because it fuels my passion for exploration, culture, and adventure while allowing me to share that excitement with others. Experiencing new destinations first-hand helps me craft unforgettable trips for my clients, offering insider tips and personalised recommendations. The thrill of making dream vacations a reality brings me immense satisfaction.
How do you go above and beyond for your clients?
I am incredibly detail orientated. I always try to make sure that every aspect of my clients’ trips is taken care of. No matter how small it sounds, I want to make sure it unfolds perfectly. I pride myself on the amount of knowledge that I have accumulated in the last nearly 20 years, especially when it comes to complex airfares, and thinking of 'out of the box' solutions.
