I had the privilege of arranging a hot air balloon marriage proposal in Turkey's beautiful Cappadocia. Set against a romantic backdrop of fairy chimneys, cave dwellings, and surreal rock formations, the peace and quiet of the surroundings captured the moment beautifully!

A classic favourite is Italy with its world-class food and culture. Mexico's Los Cabos is naturally gorgeous and it has a wonderful atmosphere.

I make sure that I always email the hotel manager to fulfil my clients' requests. I also ensure that seat and meal requests are in their flight booking. Post-trip, I welcome them home with a follow-up call, where we catch up about all the highlights of the holiday.

At the top of my bucket list is swimming with the pink flamingoes at Aruba Beach. It's one of those unique, magical experiences that you can’t easily forget.
