What is the most amazing experience you have created for a client?
The most amazing experience I’ve created for a client was a 4-week holiday through Italy for their 70th birthday. It included stays at iconic luxury hotels, immersive, personalised tours, and special touches to make the celebration truly unforgettable. Every detail was carefully curated to ensure a memorable journey.
What is your number one travel tip?
My number one travel tip is to always embrace flexibility. Whether it’s adjusting your itinerary to explore something unexpected or being open to changes due to weather or local events, staying flexible allows you to fully enjoy your trip. Sometimes the best experiences come from the unplanned moments!
How do you go above and beyond for your clients?
I go above and beyond for my clients by always offering honest and open answers, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their decisions. I love suggesting ideas they may not have thought of, helping to create unique experiences that exceed their expectations. And adding special touches along the way!
Where is still on your bucket list?
I'd love to take my kids on a Christmas markets river cruise in Europe. I've experienced the magic of the Christmas markets on a coach tour, and I've also been on a river cruise through Europe, but I’ve always wanted to combine the two. It would be the perfect way to create lasting memories with the family!
