We have a wonderful Travel Agent (Christine Bottrell of Travel Associates Canterbury) who has saved us so much time and anxiety as well as given us some great advice and great experiences. I'll never thank her enough for our trip to New Zealand when we were there when the Canterbury earthquake cut off Christchurch which was to be our final stop. She arranged alternative accommodation in our previous Auckland hotel which was an upgrade and worked out cheaper than the previous stay, all changes to our flights and was a wonderful support. And sorted out our Insurance claim which came through without a hitch. This dealing with insurance can be another plus for using an agent. And this isn't the only time she has stepped into helping us - even when our daughter had booked her own accomodation and transport to Paris and needed to change her plans in a day because of the Paris bombings, Christine sent her supportive and informative emails on her weekend off.
