Having lived in West Coast Canada and New Zealand, Nicole also possesses firsthand experience of the highlights each location offers. Her expertise in both regions is unparalleled, ranging from the luxurious experience of the Rocky Mountaineer and stays at world-renowned Fairmont properties to skiing the slopes of New Zealand's South Island.

One of Nicole's most poignant and unique experiences as a Travel Advisor involved a mother of two who required assistance to take her disabled young child to Fatima, Portugal to attend a religious service in the hope that their son would get the use of his legs again. Driven by the family's hope for a miraculous recovery, Nicole approached the emotionally charged task with empathy and care.

“The sense of responsibility and desperation to make this a seamless and heartfelt time away for the family was always at the forefront of my mind - I felt like I was on this special journey with them,” she says.
