What is the most amazing experience you have created for a client?
There have been so many experiences over the years that stand out, but a recent one was a couple travelling for a milestone birthday, sailing on the beautiful Seadream II and staying at the impeccable Villa Franca in Positano. Plus it was all arranged within 24 hours for departure the following week!
What is your number one travel tip?
If travelling with a partner or friend, always split your luggage across your cases and have two days of clothes in your carry-on luggage. That way if one case goes missing then you both still have clothes!
What are your favourite destinations and why?
Europe is so diverse, and every country has a different culture, history and food journey to explore. I love the Balkans in particular - Croatia, the mountains of Montenegro, and Bosnia are all spectacular. I also love to travel anywhere there's a sporting event, music festival, or sunshine!
How do you go above and beyond for your clients?
Every client gets a "bon voyage" call and welcome home call or e-mail. If a client is travelling for a milestone birthday, I also leave customised welcome notes or gifts in hotel rooms. We even arrange celebratory cakes if they're travelling with Emirates - who doesn't love a surprise treat at 40,000 feet?
