I've met so many great people over the years," she says. "One of my career highlights was organising a destination wedding for more than 80 guests in Thailand!"

Fortunately for the couple that was getting married, Amy also specialises in honeymoons and was able to plan an amazing holiday for them following the large ceremony.

Having visited nearly 50 countries, Amy has an abundance of first-hand travel advice to share. Ask her about cruising the Caribbean or the Mediterranean and what you need to pack if you're about to set sail with one of the luxury lines. Amy was lucky enough to cruise around Spain for her 25th birthday and has been hooked on the world of cruising ever since!

If you're looking to get her attention, just mention the words: ‘shoe shopping’. She has shopped her way through New York City and can suggest the best spots to find a bargain - be it at the big department stores or chic boutiques.

Amy says her favourite destination would have to be Italy, given its amazing shopping, dining and sightseeing activities. (We can’t help but wonder if her Italian background makes her biased?)

Though a city girl at heart, Amy has an appreciation for nature and wildlife and says if you’re looking to get away from it all, you can’t beat a remote experience at Ayres Rock. “The Sounds Of Silence dinner is something you’ll never forget,” she says.
