What is your favourite travel memory?
'The most memorable trips I’ve taken have been with my family. Our most recent trip was in Japan on a snowboarding holiday. The culture, the food, and the snow conditions were all highlights. To see the smiles on my family’s faces everyday made it even better.
What is the most amazing experience you have created for a client?
'All of my clients have amazing experiences when they book with me. I always take the time to make sure that they have the most memorable holiday that they will be talking about for years to come.
How do you go above and beyond for your clients?
My clients know that I am always on hand to help if they come across any issues while they are away – this gives them reassurance while they are travelling.
What is your number one travel tip?
'I always advise my clients to immerse themselves in the country that they are visiting by doing as many local experiences as possible. This is the best way to experience the culture!
