For example, she suggests “If you’re on a budget, or simply prefer to spend your cash on amazing experiences or souvenirs, keep your eye out for early-bird dining offers and happy hour deals, particularly if you find a rooftop bar, as these often coincide with spectacular sunsets”.
However, it is Africa that holds a special place in her heart and remains her favourite travel memory. Africa was the second overseas holiday Lauren took on her own. “I was in my early 20s and I will never forget looking out of the airplane window and seeing the brown dust in the air. The scent in the air on exiting the plane was like camping mixed with an exciting aroma of adventure.”

What is the most amazing experience you have created for a client?
A highlight for me was helping clients elope to New York City, and being the only person that knew they were running away to get married!
What are your favourite destinations and why?
Bali is one of my favourites and probably has a lot to do with it being where I first travelled overseas, when I was six years old. I have now travelled there over 15 times! It ticks all the boxes for a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday. It's also close to Australia, with amazing weather and delicious food.
How do you go above and beyond for your clients?

Where is still on your bucket list?
My number one travel goal is to see more of the Arctic, including Svalbard. Located far above the Arctic Circle, it's a magical place where you can experience extreme adventure and isolated beauty.
