What is the most amazing experience you have created for a client?
My most rewarding clients are the recently retired.
They have a plan, almost like a bucket list and are so grateful whilst being so energetic about travel.
Working hard and reaping the rewards of travel during retirement is such a gift and I find that an amazing experience to share with my clients.
What is your number one travel tip?
Always check your passport condition - some countries will not accept a damaged or faded passport. Also check your visas and their expiry to ensure the trip starts smoothly.
What are your favourite destinations and why?
Hawaii is my favourite destination! The moment you step off the plane, you instantly feel like you are on a tropical holiday. With pristine beaches, lush rainforests, volcanoes, and mountains, it’s perfect for adventure - surfing, hiking, snorkelling, and whale watching, which are all my favourite things!
How do you go above and beyond for your clients?
I am very responsive, efficient and thorough so my clients don't wait.
I am their support and personal travel concierge, so they feel supported at all times.
