She says: “My favourite trips that I get to work on for clients is when they have an idea and I get to make it possible - and really get to be a part of not only the booking experience, but the planning experience as well.”   

“I love helping people have amazing experiences,” she says. “Whether that is the experience of booking with me or creating an incredible experience for them on their trip, this is why I do what I do. And I just love planning holidays - the planning process itself is almost as fun as actually going!”

Rachel has many specialties to help with the planning process. She is a destination specialist for Australia, New Zealand, North America and the South Pacific. She’s also a Food & Wine Holiday Specialist, Solo Travel Specialist, Tour Specialist and Wedding & Honeymoon Specialist.       

Her top travel advice? “Check if there is a food tour in whatever city you are in. It is a great way to really get into the local culture and feel the vibes of a city by going around and eating local food and experiencing the flavour of a place.”

On her own travels, Rachel has roamed as far as Brazil, Canada, Vietnam, Poland, the UAE, the United Kingdom, Cuba and to over 25 other diverse countries. She says: “I love many cities in many parts of the world, but the USA has to be my favourite destination as it is endless. You can go again and again and see something completely new and different every time.”
