Chris’s client Joanne Mckenzie credited him for his “amazing customer service, prompt replies to emails and all questions were answered promptly”. Nicola Williams also said he was “amazing”. “He helped me with any questions I had and responded to all my emails with urgency,” she said.

Melissa D'amico was also impressed. “He was always ready to help, gave great information and advice, got us the best deal he could, and went above and beyond his duties to assist us with questions not directly related to the cruise. He also sent reminders of upcoming dates which was very useful.”

For Chris it comes naturally. “I love talking to people about travel and helping them enjoy it as much as I do,” he says. While he has a passion for cruising and a great deal of expertise in this area, he can take you literally anywhere. With personal travel experience in over 66 countries, from Belgium to Canada to Fiji, he has a diverse background and a huge wealth of knowledge to draw on.

Some of his favourite memories include riding a donkey into the Valley of the Kings in Egypt, watching magnificent sunsets on the Greek Island of Santorini, and entering the ancient Nabataean city of Petra to find himself face to face with the incredible treasury building. Another favourite? Cappadocia, in Turkey.

Venice also left a lasting impression. “I’ll never forget cruising into and out of Venice on a cruise ship, or sitting on the private jetty of our accommodation on the Grand Canal in Venice with wine and cheese watching the passing parade”. His favourite destination however is France. “I love the culture and diversity of the country – and the food!”
