“I’ve always been excited by travel and saved for my first trip to explore the USA, UK and France when I was 18,” says Kylie, whose insatiable desire to explore has seen her travel the globe, even relocating to the UK for a year.  

It is this personal experience and knowledge of destinations, combined with a wealth of experience in planning all types of travel experiences, that makes Kylie so valued by her clients.  

Happiest when she’s traveling with her family, Kylie loves experiencing new cuisines, enjoying local culture and the pinch yourself moments that you only experience in a new destination. Having just returned from a six-week European family holiday, Kylie loved experiencing the Christmas Markets in Strasbourg and the Alsace region. She also ticked sledding more than five kilometres down one of the longest runs in Europe, all the way from Switzerland’s Kleine Scheidegg to Wengen, off her travel bucket list.

“It was spectacular. There were so many spills and laughs on the way down. It is a run you can also do at night and stop for drinks along the way, as it's all beautifully lit up.”

Kylie says one of her favourite travel memories was staying at Canada’s Fairmont Lake Louise, overlooking the glittering emerald lake.  “We were so excited by the views and the chance to spot wildlife. We even saw a grizzly bear at nearby Banff.”

When it comes to other people’s journeys, Kylie says one of her favourite bookings was a multigenerational one.

“I sent a lovely couple and their extended family – kids and grandkids – to New York to celebrate Christmas and New Year, with a Disneyland stopover thrown in for good measure. It was such a special trip that created amazing memories for all generations.”

Kylie loves solving problems and planning itineraries for her clients, whether that’s sorting out complex airfares or planning itineraries for independent and adventure travellers, family holidaymakers, or luxurious tours and cruises.

“Whether it's a client’s first time to a destination, a first cruise or even a special occasion, I love guiding them through those first times and helping to make them fantastic.”
