Her most memorable travel moments include exploring the Canadian Rockies on the renowned Rocky Mountaineer, travelling around Australia with her family and visiting remote locations in Cambodia.  However, if she had to pick a favourite destination, it would be Italy. “I love the food, the wine, the people, the history and the natural beauty of the inland and coast of the country.”
