What is the most amazing experience you have created for a client?
To me, every tailor-made holiday is special and I love putting together memorable journeys for my clients. Often these are holidays that include connections with people, culture, and food.
What is your number one travel tip?
I'm a firm believer of keeping an open mind and always being compassionate and curious while you travel. This will lead you to far more interesting places.
What are your favourite destinations and why?
I have a few favourites! Antarctica because it is very unique, and offers beautiful scenery and abundant wildlife; Tibet for the culture and different landscape; Portugal because it seems to have everything, including history, friendly people, culture, and great food; and the South Pacific as it's very laid-back.
How do you go above and beyond for your clients?
I take time to carefully listen to clients and get to know them - what they like and want - so I can put their holiday together in a seamless way. I try to make everything as easy and simple for my guests as possible.
