To say that Tammy’s first Africa trip changed her life, is an understatement. After completing university, Tammy set out on a seven-year adventure, exploring Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Canada from her base in the U.K. What these travels did was set Tammy on an even more rewarding path.

One travel adventure after another would follow, and for Tammy, the best way to share her memorable experiences was to become a travel consultant, where she could put her love for the world, and vast travel knowledge to use.

Having gained Certificates 1,2,3 and 4 in Travel and Tourism at the start of her career, Tammy went on to achieve additional training from various cruise line academies, including Viking, Princess and P&O, Seabourn and Silversea. Today, with over 16 years’ experience in the travel industry, Tammy has become one of the most trusted names when it comes to the planning, organising and fashioning of tailor made holidays.

No matter where you’d like to go, or what you want to see or do, Tammy can put together a personalised travel plan that reflects your varied interests. Just recently, Tammy organised a ‘bucket list’ travel plan to Cuba and the Cayman Islands. Avid scuba divers, Tammy’s clients were thrilled with the locations. “We even managed to squeeze in the Chicago Blues Festival as they were massive Blues fans,” says Tammy. “They were able to see one of the great Blues legends of all-time!”

“I really love getting people out of their comfort zones and off the beaten track,” Tammy explains.

“Putting together independent or small group tour itineraries that have more of an adventurous nature to them is what really interests me. South America, the Galapagos, Cuba and Africa are just some of my favourites.” Tammy also enjoys planning European river cruises. With its relaxing pace, delicious onboard food and amazing sightseeing opportunities, a river cruise is one of the best ways to see Europe.
