Tara's love for exploration began early, nurtured by an adventurous family with trips spanning from skiing in the French Alps as a toddler, celebrating her eighth birthday sunset dolphin spotting on a private boat in the Maldives, to scaling the Empire State Building in New York as a teen.

"Another standout experience was a backpacking adventure in Sri Lanka with friends. We covered everything from vibrant cities to serene beaches, thrilling safaris in Minneriya National Park with over 200 elephants, and I even spotted my first blue whale surfacing in Trincomalee. These moments deepened my appreciation for our incredible wildlife," says Tara.

With a degree in marine biology and PADI Advanced Open Water and Freediving Certificates under her belt, Tara specialises in underwater experiences. "Living abroad in Madagascar, diving daily for marine conservation, has also enriched my perspective. Whether you're into snorkelling, diving, or exploring via liveaboards in any form, I can recommend fantastic dive sites and even courses to enhance your holiday experience." she adds.

And then there is Greece. “I can’t get enough. I've travelled to over 20 of the Greek islands, making me a great advisor to chat with for expertise here. I think there is nothing quite like being surrounded by olive trees, eating delicacies like stifado and moussaka in the local square, and sipping wine with your family after a day of finding hidden beaches along the coast. That's a dream day, in my opinion!" she says.

As a self-professed foodie and nightlife aficionado, Tara also delights in curating vibrant travel experiences, making her a go-to advisor for youth travellers, friends, and couples seeking culinary delights and lively evenings abroad. But Tara's expertise extends beyond leisurely pursuits. She excels in designing bespoke journeys, such as a three-month odyssey through North and South America, covering Guatemala, Colombia, Peru, and Argentina for a client taking a well-deserved sabbatical, and a family road trip through California culminating in a Grand Canyon helicopter ride.
