I thought I would write to you to thank you for all the support and travel advice that you have provided me through my many years of travel, especially on my latest trip to see my sister. Qatar airlines was a good choice, and the travel was seamless just what I need and of course it was cost effective. Although you have helped me on so many trips over the years one was a stand out Antarctica 

Antarctica: A lifetime dream in the making and it came true thanks to you. Its hard to put into words the experience, but suffice to say it would not have been possible without your support and knowledge and expert advice. Form start to finish it was spectacular and the level of support you provided was second to none even down to recommending a restaurant in Ushuaia, by far the best meal I have had in my life and I have been to a few good eating places, to include Michelin start chefs. For $20 I got the best steak and wine I have ever had I still rave about it. You were spot on about Chile and the Torres del Paine national park it was almost better than Antarctica and the timing was perfect, the walking guides were excellent and they made it fun and the walking information was perfect. I’ve seen some of the information provided by other travellers and their travel agents could not have got it anymore incorrect. 

The Endeavour Expedition ship by Intrepid was just what the doctor ordered full of experts on the area and all the wildlife as well as the geographical terrain and the camping on ice you suggested was absolutely brilliant. I could go on forever it was that good To finish it with 7 days in Argentina was another masterstroke noting that Ushai was a freeport very cheap indeed. Bueno Aris was everything you said it would be, and all the hotels along the way were really good to and you know I am a big fan of IHG chain and now my hotels. We have known each other for over 25yrs and I would like to thank you without reserve for helping me make my dreams come true. 

My family as you know are my priority and thank you for keeping them safe on there travels. Just a short note about Ukraine and Kiev, noting that I was there and the uprising occurred, a quick call to you and travel associate and I was on a plane to London and arrived safe its at times like these that you have made all the difference Lets not forget Covid either when I was in Scotland and you got me on the phone, stayed up all night to assist me finding a flight out, leaving from Manchester in the UK and made it back to Australia one day before they shut the country down If you had not done this I would have been stuck in the UK for 2 yrs Carole I have mentioned but a few things here, and there are lots more that I could mention, but this my simple way of paying your resect for all that you have done for Me, my family and my friends.
