Her passion as a travel advisor is evident, connecting closely with her clients to turn their travel dreams into lifelong memories, like a modern-day Fairy Godmother, which she refers to as ‘an absolute privilege’. 

Janice is about to celebrate two decades in the industry but says her time is marked by the many amazing experiences she’s helped to bring true rather than years. One of her favourites is a holiday to Greece for a family of three including a teenage son to celebrate Mum's 50th Birthday, however meanwhile Janice was also secretly arranging travel for six close friends to surprise her client in Santorini for the big day. It worked! Her client was absolutely surprised and touched by the experience. 

In terms of her own travel highlights, Janice says her experience of Gold Leaf Class on the Rocky Mountaineer from Vancouver to Banff was incredible with the ever-changing, ever-more stunning scenery, exceptional food, and amazing views on offer.  

Camping in Namibia and South Africa was another incredible experience for this travel buff, thanks to ever-changing scenery, unforgettable wildlife encounters and the chance to climb Dune 45 at sunrise.   

Rounding out her Top Three, Janice says a luxury small group tour of Vietnam and Cambodia offered so many memorable experiences from the history and the food to the cycleways of Ninh Van Bay Six Senses which was the perfect way to get around the stunning and indulgent property. 

When asked to list her very favourite places to travel, she reels off a veritable feast of Southern Hemisphere senses from Australia, New Zealand, Vanuatu, Fiji, Noumea, Bali, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Cambodia, Namibia and South Africa to Northern neighbours including Canada, Alaska, USA, Hawaii, Italy, France, Switzerland, Malaysia and India.
