** UPDATE 7/6/17 **

In all cases, excluding the Maldives, air traffic between these nations and Qatar has been suspended. Flights are still open between Doha and Male, until further notice.

Several airlines have suspended flights to Qatar, after the Maldives, Yemen, Libya, Bahrain, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates cut diplomatic ties with the country.
All air and sea ports, as well as land borders between Qatar and these seven nations are closed, which means all flights are suspended from today until further notice.
Qatar Airways is restricted from those nations’ airspace until further notice, but airspace over Qatar is not closed.
Affected airlines include Emirates, Etihad, Qatar Airways, Egypt Air, Gulf Air, Saudi Arabian Airlines and Libyan Airlines.
All affected airlines are offering refunds or re-accommodation to another port for travellers who are booked to fly between Qatar and these seven nations.
Travellers who are flying Qatar Airways to Qatar, or via Qatar to Europe or another destination (other than the seven listed above) will be able to travel as normal.
Normal change and cancellation policies will apply to customers who wish to adjust any travel plans not directly affected by this situation.
