“I’ll never forget organising for the husband and wife to leave Australia urgently,” she says. “It would have to be the most memorable booking I’ve ever made for a client!” And being a professional travel advisor since 2005, she’s made a few. From the underground clubs of Miami to the Magic Castle in Los Angeles, Brooke knows where to send clients to ensure they have a sensational time away.

“I just love seeing the excitement on people’s faces when they return home and tell me how much they loved a certain place,” says Brooke. “It’s why I love my job!.” Brooke says travel is integral to her personal life too and she's been fortunate to have several amazing experiences. "I'll never forget flying Upper Class with Virgin Atlantic," Brooke smiles. "I mean who doesn't love sipping on a Baileys latte, while wearing their PJs and lying on a flatbed, from 10,000 feet in the air!"

Okay, how about an experience more of us can afford? Brooke says New York is one of her favourite destinations. “It can feel like a totally different city, depending on the season,” she says. “You can visit again and again and still discover something new!” For an unforgettable dining experience, Brooke suggests Momofuku Noodle Bar in East Village, followed by dessert at a Milk Bar around the corner.

But she’s open to any kind of travel request. In fact, the bigger the better. “I love coordinating long trips,” she says. “I won’t shy away from a complicated itinerary request. The way I see it, hard work just makes for a more satisfying experience for the client at the other end.”
